One of The Best Ab Exercises Ever!

I get the question all the time about “What is the BEST ab exercise out there?”

I say one of them is the Hanging Leg Raise not only because it works a TON of muscles other than just working your abs, but also because it’s hard as hell!

When I worked at the ol’ corp gym a few years back, I used to see peeps doing these WRONG all the time!

Their legs would be swinging out of control and they wouldn’t even be using their abs as best as they could.

I want to make sure that if you do these, you’re doing them right!

    planks and the exercise when you’re on your back and someone throws your feet to the ground. Works for me at least

    zercher carry with a heavy sandbag, turkish get ups, & renegade rows!

    i love this ab exercise. i do amoust every core training. its efective.

    thats my favourite exercise:)and also i like dragon flags because they engage the whole core to work
