Here’s a nasty little 10 to 1 descending ladder set up I did using 3 different movements.
>>> Double KB Deadlifts, Double KB Power Cleans, and Strict Handstand Push Ups.
This set up is real basic, but NOT easy…
Start at 10 reps for each, then do 9, then 8, and keep on going until you get all the way down to 1 rep of each.
Your GOAL is to stay UNBROKEN on your HSPU’s and Power Cleans. Deadlifts shouldn’t be an issue 😉
Either way, this is a great little way to finish off a session or use as a go-to workout on it’s own.
